About Ichinoyu Onsen
Ichino-Yu is one of the seven public bathhouses in Kinosaki Onsen, Hyōgo Prefecture. Its architecture is modeled after a traditional Kabuki theater, making it a distinctive landmark in the town.
The bathhouse features a unique cave bath constructed from natural boulders, complemented by soft ambient lighting, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, Ichino-Yu offers modern granite indoor baths and private family baths available for an additional fee.

This is the onsen with the outdoor cave pool. It’s pretty cool to soak in a mock cave but I actually preferred the indoor pool and the jets.... plus the indoor pool is a degree or so hotter. Both pools are a decent size but the cave pool got a little busy whilst I was there. But all the same, a great option for a good relaxing onsen experience.

GoogleThey allow foreignera and tattoos as well! You can buy a small towel, or rent a big one. Nice area to relax, vending machines with drinks and ice creams.
