Tokushima (徳島県, Tokushima-ken) is famous for the Awa Odori, one of Japan’s most energetic dance festivals. The prefecture is also home to the Naruto Whirlpools, the scenic Iya Valley, and the dramatic Oboke and Koboke Gorges. The capital city is Tokushima.
